Giuseppe Sacchi è un pianista, tastierista, compositore e sound designer italo-colombiano. Nato a Salerno nel 1994, inizia a suonare il pianoforte dall’età di sette anni ed è proprio grazie alla letteratura dello strumento che si avvicina prima al repertorio classico e poi a quello jazzistico, diplomandosi in entrambi i campi rispettivamente presso il Conservatorio di Santa Cecilia e il Saint Louis College of Music di Roma. Ha suonato con Javier Girotto, Dario Deidda, Lage Lund, Rosario Giuliani, Max Ionata, Luca Bulgarelli, Paolo Damiani, Fabrizio Sferra, Papis Diouf, Umberto Fiorentino, David Linx e altri. Promuove progetti di musica originale con i quali ha suonato in vari festival e venues italiane ed europee come Blue Note di Milano, Auditorium Parco della Musica di Roma, Umbria Jazz, Casa del Jazz di Roma, Metropolia di Helsinki, Europa Jazz Fest di Bucarest. Nel 2023 ha pubblicato con Urban Quartet il disco “Sofà” con Max Ionata come special guest, partendo con il quartetto per un tour europeo nel novembre 2025, attraverso Spagna, Belgio, Danimarca, Finlandia, Polonia, Ungheria e Romania. Esploratore ed amante della musica in ogni suo aspetto, è in continua ricerca dei confini tra mondo classico e jazz, senza trascurare le sperimentazioni attuali nel campo della musica elettronica e delle nuove forme.

Giuseppe Sacchi is an Italian-Colombian pianist, keyboardist, composer, and sound designer. Born in Salerno in 1994, he began playing the piano at the age of seven. It was through the instrument’s vast literature that he first approached the classical repertoire and later the jazz world, earning degrees in both fields from the Conservatorio di Santa Cecilia and the Saint Louis College of Music in Rome, respectively. He has performed with renowned artists such as Javier Girotto, Dario Deidda, Lage Lund, Rosario Giuliani, Max Ionata, Luca Bulgarelli, Paolo Damiani, Fabrizio Sferra, Papis Diouf, Umberto Fiorentino, David Linx, and others. He actively promotes original music projects, performing at prestigious Italian and European festivals and venues, including the Blue Note Milan, Auditorium Parco della Musica (Rome), Umbria Jazz, Casa del Jazz (Rome), Metropolia (Helsinki), and the Europa Jazz Fest (Bucharest). In 2023, he released the album “Sofà” with the Urban Quartet, featuring special guest Max Ionata. In November 2025, he embarked on a European tour with the quartet, performing across Spain, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Hungary, and Romania. An explorer and lover of music in all its forms, he constantly searches for the boundaries between the classical and jazz worlds, while remaining deeply engaged in contemporary experimentation within electronic music and new musical languages.
